Why use a Realtor to buy your next new home?
- The builder is the "seller", you will still want someone there to represent your needs and concerns. For this you want a "Buyers Agent".
- The builder pays all my commissions, so all my services are free to you, but I still represent you and YOUR interest.
- Builders do not offer discounts to buyers dealing directly without a Realtor, in fact they often encourage the use of a Realtor.
- Often times builders will offer special pricing for inventory homes, pre-construction pricing, closeout pricing and sometimes additional upgrades that can be included at no charge. Dan is able to provide you with the latest information to make informed decisions.
